Terms

Founding Clubs promotion terms

In short: the first 7 venues that switch payments on with BookrGo pay no commission and no plan fee for 12 months, or until they save 300,00 €, whichever comes first. Payment gateway fees are not included. The detail is below.

Terms in force on 22 August 2026. They always reflect the values the system applies right now.

1.Who is offering the promotion

BookrGo, the sports booking platform operated by Carlos Bernal, based in Spain. For any question about these terms: [email protected].

2.Who can take part

Sports venues with a claimed listing on BookrGo, up to a maximum of 7 venues. Seats are assigned in order of entry and are not released.

  • You are enrolled automatically when you switch online payments on (verified Stripe account) or take out the Club plan. There is nothing to apply for.
  • Claiming your listing and having your venue page are free for any venue, with or without the promotion, so they do not use up a seat.
  • Private residents’ association courts are excluded: they are not published in the catalog and are already free permanently.

3.What it includes

During the promotion, the venue pays BookrGo none of its billable items:

  • The commission on bookings paid online, which outside the promotion is 0,20 € per booking.
  • The Club plan fee, which outside the promotion is 30,00 € per month per venue. It is granted without a subscription and without asking for a card.
  • The add-ons included in that plan: your own domain with the venue's branding, and facility access control.

4.What it does NOT include

  • Payment gateway fees. Stripe charges them directly on each payment, not BookrGo, and they apply just as they do to any business accepting cards.
  • Any applicable taxes and the venue's own tax obligations towards its customers.
  • Services bought separately that are not part of the Club plan, such as featured promotion in discovery.

5.How long it lasts

The promotion ends for each venue at whichever of these two comes first, counted from the date it joined: 12 months of duration, or 300,00 € of accumulated savings.

  • Term: 12 months from the joining date.
  • Cap: 300,00 € of accumulated savings, that is, the total the venue would have paid BookrGo without the promotion.

6.How the savings are calculated

Each day we record what the venue would have paid that day: 0,20 € for every booking paid online, plus the daily share of 30,00 € per month if it holds the Club plan granted by the promotion. The total is the accumulated saving.

The venue can check its accumulated savings and end date in its management dashboard at any time.

7.What happens when it ends

The venue moves to the rates published on the plans page, with no lock-in and no penalty: it can continue, change plan or stop using BookrGo whenever it wants, and its data is its own and exportable. The Club plan granted by the promotion ends with it; if the venue wants to keep it, it takes it out like anyone else.

8.Compatibility with other offers

Other welcome offers on the same items do not stack with this one: while the promotion is active, the venue pays nothing for them. The first commission-free months run in parallel and are not extended when it ends. The Club plan trial, by contrast, is not used up: if the venue wants the plan once the promotion is over, it still has the full trial. The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash.

9.Changing and closing the promotion

BookrGo may withdraw the promotion or stop accepting new venues at any time and without notice, and may change the number of seats, the term or the cap for future entries. Those changes are NOT applied retroactively: a venue already enrolled keeps the term and cap in force on its joining date.

For venues already enrolled, BookrGo may also end the promotion early with 30 days' notice, or immediately if it detects fraudulent or abusive use (for example, fake bookings to inflate savings, or duplicate listings to take several seats). In both cases the venue moves to the published rates, with no lock-in and no penalty, and keeps all of its data.

Governing law: Spanish law.
