# BookrGo

> Sports facility discovery and booking platform for Spain, France, United States, United Kingdom and Ireland. Find courts and venues near you — padel, tennis, football, basketball, swimming and 20+ more sports — book instantly, and run your own residents' community, club or municipal facility. No booking fees charged to players. Native apps for iOS, Android and Web (PWA).

BookrGo brings three things together in one product:

1. **Discovery aggregator** — a searchable catalogue of 690,000+ sports venues across Spain, France, United States, United Kingdom and Ireland (public municipal facilities and private clubs), browsable by map, city and sport. Discovery is the home screen: open the app and you immediately see facilities near you, no account required to look around.
2. **Self-managed communities** — residential complexes, homeowner associations and amateur clubs that own courts can organise bookings without charging their neighbours, without shared spreadsheets and without fighting over the chairman's WhatsApp. Unlike Playtomic or Matchpoint, the booking is always free for the end player in these communities.
3. **B2B2C marketplace** — professional clubs and town councils can accept paid online bookings through Stripe Connect. BookrGo charges a small flat net fee per booking (default €0.20, configurable per venue), never a percentage commission skimmed from the player.

Players can book as guests without creating an account (public guest booking). Core features: map/city/sport discovery, court and rule management (max bookings per day, minimum notice, slot duration, closures and exceptions), casual leagues with an ELO system, knockout tournaments, open matches to find rivals at your level, a coaching marketplace (instructors list and sell classes), verified reviews, editable FAQs, per-community chat, a reputation and achievements system, a full admin panel with TOTP 2FA, push notifications via Firebase FCM and transactional email via Resend. Multilingual UI (Spanish, English and French), responsive and accessible.

Monetisation (relevant to understand the product): the community experience is completely free — unlimited courts, members and bookings, no subscription and no fee ever charged to the player. There are no paid B2B tiers. Revenue comes from four places: (1) house and affiliate ads shown by default in the free app; (2) an optional personal Premium (€9.99/year, ≈€0.83/month) that removes ads and the web booking delay for the individual user; (3) the B2B2C marketplace — professional clubs and town councils accept paid online bookings via Stripe Connect, and BookrGo takes a small flat net fee per booking (default €0.20, configurable per venue); (4) a coaching marketplace, where instructors pay a small listing fee (€3/month) to publish their classes.
