About BookrGo
The simple way to manage sports court bookings
What is BookrGo?
BookrGo is a sports court booking platform designed for residential communities, sports clubs, and multi-court venues. Available on iOS, Android, and Web, it brings order and fairness to court management.
Our mission
Make sports court management simple and fair. No more WhatsApp chaos, no more spreadsheet schedules, no more arguments about whose turn it is. BookrGo replaces all of that with a clean, automated system that everyone can use.
What we offer
Book courts with configurable rules, time limits, and advance booking windows. Fair for everyone.
Family members share a single allocation. No duplicate bookings, no gaming the system.
Organize tournaments with brackets and track player skill with sport-specific ELO ratings.
Get notified about booking reminders, match invitations, and community updates.
Join the waitlist for a full slot and get notified automatically when a spot opens up.
Discover open matches nearby, join games, and chat with other players directly in the app.
For whom?
- Residential communities: urbanizaciones and condos with shared courts and common areas.
- Sports clubs: padel, tennis, and multi-sport clubs that need member management and tournaments.
- Multi-court venues: complexes with several courts that need centralized scheduling.
- Individual court owners: anyone with a court who wants a booking system without the hassle.
Privacy first

Pricing
BookrGo is free for residential communities: no fee and no commission, for administrators and residents alike. Clubs and sports venues claim and manage their listing for free too; if they switch on online payments they pay 2% of what they collect online with no monthly fee, or a plan from 19 € a month that lowers it down to 0%, with no lock-in. Check our plans for details.
Community
We run an open Discord server where community organizers and players share questions, tournament formats and feature suggestions for BookrGo. It is a space for general discussion: for issues with a specific booking or payment, reach us from the app or at hola@bookrgo.app.
