Information about the owner of bookrgo.app and the BookrGo app, in accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI, Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información).

1. Owner

The website bookrgo.app and the BookrGo app are owned by Carlos Bernal, an individual operating the service under the BookrGo brand, based in Spain. Contact email: [email protected]. He is also the data controller named in the Privacy Policy.

2. Conditions of access and use

Access to this site is free of charge, except for the cost of the connection. Use of the Service is governed by the Terms of Use, the Acceptable Use Policy and, for venues, the Venue Terms. Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The content, design, code, trademarks and database of this site belong to BookrGo or its licensors. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or extraction, in whole or in part, without authorisation is prohibited, except for the uses permitted by law. In particular, the automated extraction of data and its use for text and data mining or to train artificial intelligence models are prohibited, rights which BookrGo expressly reserves, except for the agents that its robots.txt allows on the terms stated there.

The catalogue of facilities combines information published by the venues themselves with data from public and third-party sources, such as OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence). That information may be incomplete or outdated. If you manage a venue you can claim your listing to correct it, or ask us to correct or remove it at [email protected].

5. Links

This site may contain links to third-party sites, which we do not control and whose content we are not responsible for. If we become actually aware that a link leads to unlawful content, we will remove it. Linking to the public pages of this site is permitted provided that their content is not reproduced, they are not framed and no relationship with BookrGo that does not exist is suggested.

6. Liability

We work to ensure that the information on this site is correct and available, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the site, except where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.
