You can delete your BookrGo account whenever you like. Here is how to do it and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account

You can delete your BookrGo account at any time directly from the app. The process is immediate and does not require contacting support.

Steps:

• Open the BookrGo app and log in.
• Go to the "Account" tab (person icon, bottom-right corner).
• Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
• Tap "Delete account".
• Confirm the action in the confirmation dialog.

Your account will be deactivated immediately and all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following are permanently removed:

• Your profile (name, email, photo)
• Your booking history
• Your sports courts and associated groups
• Your ELO rating and match history
• Your device tokens (push notifications)
• Any other personal data linked to your account

What data is retained

For legal and accounting obligations, we retain for up to 5 years:

• Transaction and payment records (no card data — this is managed by Stripe)
• Billing records required by applicable tax regulations

These records are dissociated from your profile and cannot be used to identify you once your account is deleted.

Subscription cancellation

If you have an active subscription when you delete your account, it will be automatically cancelled at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made. Charges already made are non-refundable except as provided by applicable law.
