The court books itself, including at eleven at night
A schedule your customers use directly, with your rules in place: who can book, how far ahead, at what price and what happens on a cancellation.

What goes through a person today
- A call asking whether there is a slot on Thursday.
- A message to move the time, and another to confirm it.
- And now and then, two people down for the same hour.
The schedule isn’t the product: the product is the hour getting filled.
Your availability doesn’t only live on your own site: it is on your venue’s public page, where somebody who doesn’t know you is looking for a place to play tonight.
Look yourself up: your venue is already there
You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.
What stops being your problem
Booking without an account
Anyone who doesn’t want to sign up books anyway, with a name and an email. You don’t lose the one who just wanted to play on Sunday.
Two people can’t take the same hour
The check happens on the server, not in the browser: even if they tap at the same moment, only one booking lands.
Pricing by court, slot and season
A quiet hour can cost less without touching Saturday, and an offer with an end date retires itself.
Payments and deposits →Deposit and cancellation rule
The rule applies itself when somebody cancels late. No arguing the refund over WhatsApp.
Payments and deposits →Managed from your phone too
Move a booking from the court itself, without going back to the office or opening a laptop.
It coexists with the schedule you already use
iCal sync lets you run both side by side while you decide whether it works for you.
Integrations →The limits, before you ask
- Guest booking asks for a name and an email: with no contact detail there is no way to warn about a change or to chase a no-show.
- Charging upfront requires payments switched on: without a Stripe account a booking can be accepted, but not charged.
- What gets sold is the whole court: individual spots inside a court hour are not offered. To sell by the seat there are classes, which carry their own capacity and waiting list.
Questions we always get
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Booking happens in the browser, and anyone who wants to can use the app. Your venue page works with nothing installed.
Can I block hours for maintenance or a league?
Yes, per court and per time slot, one-off or repeating.
What happens if somebody doesn’t show up?
If you asked for a deposit or upfront payment, the hour is already paid. Your cancellation rule decides what gets refunded, and applies itself.
Can I take my bookings with me if I leave?
Yes. Export to CSV whenever you want, with no support ticket.

What it costs to have this running
Pricing is published, with what each plan includes. If you charge nothing in a month, you pay nothing.
If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
