The door opens with the booking
Every booking issues its own credential, valid only within its time window. No more handing out keys, chasing them and not knowing who came in on Thursday.

The set of keys that never comes back whole
- Somebody has to be there to open up, even for one stray hour.
- The code handed out two years ago is known by half the town.
- And when something turns up broken, there’s no way to know who was inside.
You don’t hand out the credential: the booking issues it.
And that same credential is the record: who booked, which door and which window, with no second logbook to keep up to date.
Look yourself up: your venue is already there
You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.
What stops being your problem
Per booking, per slot or per day
You choose how access is issued and how early the window opens. A school coming in daily doesn’t need a code per hour.
Several doors, and one per court if needed
Gate, court door or equipment room: each access point has its own rule, and they can all be from the same provider.
It works without a connected lock too
If your door has a plain keypad, it can run on a fixed PIN or on a table that rotates daily, weekly or monthly.
The record is the access itself
Every credential issued stays with its booking, its door and its window. Revoking one doesn’t erase it from the record.
The code doesn’t travel where it shouldn’t
It never appears in listings, logs or the browser address: only whoever booked sees it, inside their window.
Tied to the booking being paid
If you require upfront payment, the door opens for whoever paid. The deposit stops being a promise.
Payments and deposits →The limits, before you ask
- We don’t sell, install or repair hardware. You buy and install the lock, turnstile or reader, and the provider contract is yours.
- We issue credentials by delegation: whatever your provider doesn’t allow, we can’t do either. Each mode adapts to what the device supports.
- What we issue is a code: we don’t issue cards, fobs or QR codes. If your turnstile reads a card or a wristband, you enrol those credentials with your provider as you do today.
- We don’t do biometrics and we don’t store them: if your setup identifies by fingerprint or face, that data lives with your provider, not with us.
Questions we always get
Which locks work?
We work with market smart-lock providers and, if your door has a keypad, with a fixed or rotating PIN. Before buying anything, ask us about yours.
What if the internet goes down?
It depends on the device: those that support offline codes keep opening. That is why the mode adapts to what your setup can take, not the other way round.
Can I revoke access mid-booking?
Yes: the credential is revoked and stops working, but it stays in the record with its state, because the record is also the audit trail.
How many doors can I connect?
The caps are soft, not a plan wall: 10 doors as a reference and 50 on the Club plan. A venue with several courts can have several doors from the same provider without changing plan.
How it works inside
Who uses it
Which plan includes it
Access control is our own charge: €10 a month, with a 30-day trial. The entry record is kept for 90 days, and 365 on the Club plan.
If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
