Your fees charge themselves, and your members’ bookings pay no commission
Your member tiers with their price, their offer and the one you recommend, published on your venue page and charged every period. The morning of the 1st stops being a line-by-line read of your bank statement.

The first 2 months of charges, commission-free. The Club plan has a 90-day trial.
The morning of the 1st
- Going through who has paid and who hasn’t.
- Manually signing up whoever walked in yesterday.
- And a member list that only exists in full in a spreadsheet.
Your members generate no commission, however much they book.
On the Club plan, your members’ bookings carry no commission. Paying for the bookings of people who were already yours is exactly what a membership venue shouldn’t have to do.
Look yourself up: your venue is already there
You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.
What stops being your problem
Bring the members you already have, in one file
The importer reads a CSV with email, name and tier, and re-importing updates instead of duplicating.
They sign themselves up, at the desk
A QR code for the venue leads to sign-up. No more filling in a form for every new member.
Tiers with their price and their offer
Each tier carries its fee, and an offer with an end date retires itself. You can mark which one you recommend.
Your fees, visible and for sale
Your venue’s public page shows what you sell, with the price, so nobody has to explain it on the phone. It is also seen by people who aren’t members yet and are looking for somewhere to join.
Your club website →Sell ten sessions at once and get paid today
Multi-use or time-limited passes, for whoever doesn’t want a membership but comes often.
Payments and deposits →Write to your members without setting up a mailing
Email announcements from the dashboard itself, with one-click unsubscribe and no exporting addresses elsewhere.
The limits, before you ask
- The member completes sign-up themselves, by card or direct debit: they sign their own mandate. It is not a debit the venue sends to the bank, and there is no remittance file to prepare.
- A member imported by CSV exists in your list, but their fee only starts being charged once they complete sign-up.
- Membership fees are your venue’s money, not ours: you set the amount and you collect it.
Questions we always get
Can I raise the fee for existing members?
The price somebody signed up at stays with them while their membership lasts, including an offer price. A fee change applies to new sign-ups.
What happens if a member cancels?
The fee stops being charged and their history stays: tiers are archived rather than deleted so the record isn’t broken.
Can I export my member list?
Yes, to CSV, whenever you want. They came in as a file and they leave as a file.
Do members pay a fee when they book?
Players never pay a booking fee. And on the Club plan, your members’ bookings generate no commission for you either.

What it costs to run your members here
The Club plan is published with its price and its trial. No lock-in and no custom quote.
If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
