Spots fill themselves, and the family pays at sign-up

The academy lives in a spreadsheet and in your head

Management software charges you for the students you already have. Ours works the spots you haven’t filled yet.

Your groups and their prices show on the venue’s public page; and if you coach on your own, your listing shows on the board where a family looks for a coach nearby. What you don’t fill costs you no subscription.

Look yourself up: your venue is already there

You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.

What stops being your problem

The spot that drops goes to the next in line

Each group has its capacity and its queue. When somebody leaves, the first in line is notified and takes the spot without a single call.

Classes and capacity →

The term’s timetable, generated in one go

You define the group once — days, time and spots — and the coming weeks’ sessions appear one by one, editable and with their register.

Classes and capacity →

The family pays when signing up, not on class day

The spot is paid by card at sign-up, or by spending a pass bought earlier. The money lands in the venue’s account, not in ours.

Payments and passes →

The monthly fee renews without chasing anybody

Tiers with their price — siblings, one day a week, three — and recurring billing: the family activates it once and it renews until cancelled.

Students and fees →

Sell the term as a ten-session pass

Passes for a set number of uses or days, with their offer and their end date. Paid for today, used whenever.

Students and fees →

The groups and their prices, out in the open

The venue’s public page shows the fees, the passes and the upcoming classes with their price. Families check the timetable without asking.

Coaching on your own? Your listing goes on the board

A coach with no club publishes their profile, classes and spots on the public board, and students book without creating an account. The listing is our own charge, €3 a month, and you don’t pay it while you charge for your classes here.

Try it with one group before the whole academy

You can open a single group and leave the rest as is: the schedule travels over iCal, and there is an API and webhooks for the rest.

This is how a family looks for somewhere to enrol their kid

The public board gathers classes and coaches by sport and area, with their free spots and their price. It is the same page seen by somebody who doesn’t know you yet.

Figures are in your own currency, and they are the same in all of them: our fee is 20 minor units per charge — 20p in the UK, 20c in the euro area and the US — never a percentage of what you sell, and net. The right-hand column applies the usual market range (5-15 %) to an average ticket of 20.

Questions we always get

How do I charge families?

Signing up for a spot and buying a pass go by card; the recurring monthly fee goes by card or direct debit, whichever the family prefers. The money lands in the venue’s account and we deduct 20p or 20c per charge.

What if a student can’t make a class they already paid for?

The refund is a fixed rule: cancel more than 24 hours ahead and it comes back in full; within 24 hours, half; once started, nothing. If the venue cancels, everything comes back.

Can somebody who isn’t a registered student sign up?

Not to the venue’s groups: they register first and you approve them. To classes a coach publishes on the board, yes: the student books as a guest with a name and an email.

Do I need a club to use this?

No. A coach on their own publishes a profile and classes, charges for their spots here, and doesn’t pay us the €3 a month for the listing while charging for classes here.

Can I take my students with me if I leave?

Yes. Students come in from a CSV file and go out the same way, with their sign-ups. Your data leaves whenever you want.

Is there a lock-in period?

No. Over the summer, if you charge nothing you pay nothing, and the Club plan can be cancelled whenever you want.

How it works inside

Do the maths with your academy’s spots

Each plan’s price is published, with what it covers and what it doesn’t. No mandatory demo and no quote to request just to learn the cost.

If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
