You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.

You can open a single group and leave the rest as is: the schedule travels over iCal, and there is an API and webhooks for the rest.

Figures are in your own currency, and they are the same in all of them: our fee is 20 minor units per charge — 20p in the UK, 20c in the euro area and the US — never a percentage of what you sell, and net. The right-hand column applies the usual market range (5-15 %) to an average ticket of 20.
The limits, before you ask
- Signing up for a venue class requires being an approved, registered student: newcomers register first, they don’t drop straight into the group.
- There is no separate child record apart from whoever manages it: the sign-up is under the account that enrols the student, and that is where classes and payments live.
- The monthly fee can go by direct debit, but the family activates it with their own mandate: there is no bank remittance, the academy does not generate a file of debits for its bank.
- Capacity exists per class, not per open time slot: you cap a group’s spots, not how many people walk into the venue at a given hour.
- When a paid spot frees up, the next in line is notified and confirms: we don’t charge their card unasked, even if they were first on the list.
- If the spot was paid with a pass and the cancellation lands inside 24 hours, the use is lost in full: half a use cannot be refunded. Paid by card, half does come back.
Questions we always get
How do I charge families?
Signing up for a spot and buying a pass go by card; the recurring monthly fee goes by card or direct debit, whichever the family prefers. The money lands in the venue’s account and we deduct 20p or 20c per charge.
What if a student can’t make a class they already paid for?
The refund is a fixed rule: cancel more than 24 hours ahead and it comes back in full; within 24 hours, half; once started, nothing. If the venue cancels, everything comes back.
Can somebody who isn’t a registered student sign up?
Not to the venue’s groups: they register first and you approve them. To classes a coach publishes on the board, yes: the student books as a guest with a name and an email.
Do I need a club to use this?
No. A coach on their own publishes a profile and classes, charges for their spots here, and doesn’t pay us the €3 a month for the listing while charging for classes here.
Can I take my students with me if I leave?
Yes. Students come in from a CSV file and go out the same way, with their sign-ups. Your data leaves whenever you want.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. Over the summer, if you charge nothing you pay nothing, and the Club plan can be cancelled whenever you want.
