The 1st of the month disappears into chasing payments

Management software charges you for the hours you sell. Ours also works the ones you don’t.

The studio on Tuesday morning costs the same full or empty. Your gym appears in BookrGo’s public catalogue, where people search by city for somewhere to train, and no separate subscription pays for that.

Look yourself up: your venue is already there

You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.

What stops being your problem

Collect the fee without chasing anyone

Each membership category has its fee and it charges itself every month, by card or by direct debit. The member picks and authorises it once, and the money lands in the gym’s account.

A failed payment shows up flagged

When a charge fails, the member’s record is flagged as unpaid and they get the notice. You see how many there are without reading the bank line by line.

Payments and deposits →

They sign themselves up, right at the desk

A poster with your venue’s QR code, ready to print. Whoever scans it lands on your page and signs up; nobody fills in a form by hand.

Members and fees →

Bring the members you already have, in one file

Upload the CSV with their emails and that is it: the first time each one signs in, their record is already there and they are enrolled with no further steps.

Members and fees →

Write to your members without setting up a mailing tool

You pick who it goes to — everyone, managers or members — and it goes out by email with one-click unsubscribe. No exporting addresses anywhere.

Members and fees →

A cancelled place goes to the next in line

Each class has its places and its waiting list. If somebody drops out at the last minute, the next in line gets in with no phone calls.

Classes and capacity →

Sell ten sessions at once and get paid today

Passes by uses or by days, and your fees visible on the gym’s page: whoever lands there sees what you sell without calling.

Members and fees →

The door opens with the booking

Access credentials valid only for the booked hour, with a record of who came in.

Access control →

Try it without leaving the software you use today

The schedule travels over iCal, there is an API and webhooks, and members and bookings export to CSV whenever you want.

And this is what somebody who isn’t a member yet sees

Every venue has a public page with hours, classes, fees and photos. It is the same page that shows up when somebody looks for where to train in their city.

Figures are in your own currency, and they are the same in all of them: our fee is 20 minor units per charge — 20p in the UK, 20c in the euro area and the US — never a percentage of what you sell, and net. The right-hand column applies the usual market range (5-15 %) to an average ticket of 20.

The limits, before you ask

Questions we always get

Do my members generate a fee every time they book?

On the Club plan, no: their bookings carry no commission, however much they book. The fee is 20p or 20c per charge, and a booking included in the membership is not a charge.

Can I set up direct debits for my members?

Yes: when authorising the fee, the member picks card or direct debit and signs the mandate right there, on screen. What there isn’t is a remittance: no file of debits is sent from your bank, because each member signs their own mandate instead of you generating it. It works across the SEPA area — Spain, France, the UK and Ireland; outside it, card.

What happens when a payment bounces?

The member’s record moves to unpaid, they get the notice, and your dashboard shows how many members are in that state. We don’t re-present the debit or chase the debt for you: chasing stays your call, and we don’t cut anyone’s access on our own.

Do I have to change payment provider?

No. Charges run through a Stripe account in the gym’s name and the money lands in your bank account. It never passes through ours.

Can I bring my member list across?

Yes, as a CSV. The first time each member signs in — or scans the QR at the desk — their record links itself and they are enrolled.

Is there a lock-in period?

No. If you charge nothing in a month, you pay nothing. The Club plan can be cancelled whenever you want, and your members and bookings export to CSV with no permission to ask.

Plans are published with their price and what each one includes. No call first, no custom quote.

If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
