Tuesday’s group lives in a notebook
- The list is in a notebook, in three WhatsApp groups and in the coach’s head.
- Somebody drops out on Monday and you have to ring people one by one to fill the seat.
- And at month end nobody knows for sure who came to what.
A gap in a class fills itself, at eleven at night too.
The queue runs first come, first served and the promotion is automatic: as soon as a seat frees up, whoever was waiting first is enrolled and notified. You find out afterwards, not before it happens.
Look yourself up: your venue is already there
You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.
What stops being your problem
A weekly timetable that turns into sessions
You say which days and at what time, and the actual sessions are generated up to twelve weeks ahead. Generating them again does not duplicate the ones already there.
Seats counted, session by session
Each session keeps the capacity the class had the day it was generated. Raising a group’s seats does not change sessions already created, only the ones to come.
Waitlist in order of arrival
When the group is full, whoever wants joins the queue. Two cancellations at once never promote the same person twice nor squeeze in one too many.
Attendance is marked on the session itself
Whoever runs the class marks who showed up, and it is recorded with the time and who marked it. At month end there is an answer, not an argument.
Included in the fee or charged separately
A class at zero is part of the member’s fee. With a price, it is paid on sign-up or a pass is spent, and the money lands in your account.

The class is assigned to them with their own access: they run their group and their attendance without you handing over the venue password.
Members and fees →The limits, before you ask
- Capacity is PER CLASS, not per facility. Each session counts its seats; there is no capacity per open time slot or per room limiting how many people are inside outside a class. If what you need is counting swimmers or walk-in room users, we do not do that today.
- Sign-up is for people who are already approved members, or for the manager on their behalf. There is no open sign-up for anybody passing by the page: membership comes first, and joining is done by scanning a QR at the desk or importing the list you already have.
- If the seat that frees up belongs to a paid class, the promotion leaves the sign-up pending payment and we notify the member to confirm or spend a pass. We never open a charge on anybody without them asking.
- Sessions are generated twelve weeks ahead at most: there are no endless repeats. The term is regenerated when due, and regenerating does not duplicate what is already on the calendar.
- The coach does not get paid on their own through us: the money from a club class lands in the club’s account, and whatever you pay them you settle outside.
- Club classes come with an active Club plan, whose price and trial are published on the plans page.
Questions we always get
What happens when a group fills up?
It stops taking sign-ups and opens the queue. As soon as someone cancels, whoever waited first is in and gets their notice; you do nothing and remember nobody.
Can I change the seats mid-season?
Yes, and it affects sessions generated from then on. The ones already on the calendar keep their capacity, so nobody is pushed out of a class they were already in.
Does it handle the capacity of a room or the pool?
Not today. Seats are counted inside a specific class, not across an open-access slot. If you sell open access by the hour, what you can do is book the space and control who gets in.
What if the coach changes or falls ill?
A class can sit with no coach assigned and still exist, and you assign another when you have one. Cancelling a single session leaves the rest of the term untouched.
