Instructor guide: your classes and your students

What the instructor sees in the panel and how they work with their classes.

For: instructor

What the instructor is

The instructor works on their own classes. In the venue panel they read the same as a member: the booking rules and the spaces. They don't see money, people or the team.

What you do

Before each class

  1. Look at the list of sign-ups: if there are free places at the last minute, the venue can notify the waiting list.
  2. If you can't teach the class, tell the manager as soon as possible: cancelling and notifying students is done by the team.

What you won't see

Prices, finances, invoicing and the data of the venue's people beyond your students. It's on purpose: the instructor runs the class, not the cash.
