How to invite your team and what each role can do

Invite by email whoever helps you run the venue, and decide what each person can see and do.

For: owner, manager

Inviting someone

From the Team section of your panel:

  1. Enter the person's email and choose their role (see the list below).
  2. An email invitation with a sign-up link is sent.
  3. Once accepted, they appear in the team list with the role you assigned. You can change their role or remove their access at any time, without affecting their player account (they can still book and play like any other user).

Every team change (invite, role change, removal) is recorded in the venue's audit log, with who did it and when — the first place to check if something changed and nobody remembers who did it.

Roles, from least to most power

The exact wording of each role (e.g. "concierge" instead of "front desk") may change depending on whether your venue is a club or a community, but the underlying permission is the same.

What a read-only role can't do

Neither "member", "read-only" nor "instructor" can change settings, take payments, or touch other people's data — they can only view. If you need someone to run day-to-day operations (bookings, front desk), the minimum role is "front desk".
