A court on Tuesday at 11 costs the same as on Saturday
- The phone rings at eleven at night to move tomorrow’s booking.
- Saturday fills itself; midweek there are gaps nobody sees.
- And when somebody doesn’t show up, that hour is gone.
Management software charges you for the hours you sell. Ours also works the ones you don’t.
Your club appears in BookrGo’s public catalogue, where people search for a court by city and sport. That part is not billed by any subscription: it pays for itself when a charge comes in.
Look yourself up: your venue is already there
You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.
What stops being your problem
The court books itself, including at 11pm
Real-time schedule, no double bookings, and guest booking for anyone who doesn’t want an account.
Online booking →Whoever books, pays; whoever pays, shows up
Deposit or upfront payment, and your cancellation rule applies itself — no WhatsApp arguments.
Payments and deposits →Charge differently on Tuesday at 11 than on Saturday
Pricing by court, time slot and season, plus offers with an end date that retire themselves.
Online booking →A cancelled spot goes to the next in line

Your club website →The door opens with the booking
Access codes tied to the booked hour: no more handing out keys and chasing them.
Access control →Try it without leaving the software you use today
The schedule travels over iCal, and there is an API and webhooks to connect what you already run.
Integrations →And this is what a player who doesn’t know you yet sees
Every club has a public page with hours, prices, photos and booking. It is the same page that shows up when somebody looks for where to play in their city.
What it actually costs you
| Charges per month | With BookrGo | With a market percentage commission |
|---|---|---|
| 50 | 10 | 150 |
| 200 | 40 | 600 |
| 500 | 100 | 1,500 |
| 1,000 | 200 | 3,000 |
Figures are in your own currency, and they are the same in all of them: our fee is 20 minor units per charge — 20p in the UK, 20c in the euro area and the US — never a percentage of what you sell, and net. The right-hand column applies the usual market range (5-15 %) to an average ticket of 20.
The limits, before you ask
- Access control needs your own hardware and your own contract with the supplier: we issue the credentials, we don’t sell the lock.
- Payments run on Stripe: the club needs its own account, and Stripe — not us — runs the verification.
- Being in the catalogue doesn’t guarantee bookings: it guarantees you exist where people search. What you can see from day one is how many people look for you.
Questions we always get
Do I have to change payment provider?
No. Charges run through a Stripe account in the club’s name, and the money lands in your bank account. It never passes through ours.
Who charges the player?
The club. You are the one selling and charging; we deduct 20p or 20c per charge and nothing else. The player pays no booking fee.
What can the player pay with?
By card, Apple Pay and Google Pay included. Which extra local methods appear depends on the country and on what the club’s payment account has enabled; if none is active, the booking is still charged by card.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. If you charge nothing in a month, you pay nothing. The Club plan can be cancelled whenever you want.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Bookings and members export to CSV whenever you want, with no permission to ask and nobody to wait for.
Can I try it without dropping my current software?
Yes: it syncs over iCal, so you can run both schedules side by side while you decide.
Do my long-standing members also generate a fee?
On the Club plan, no: their bookings carry no commission, however much they book.

Plans are published with their price and what each one includes. No call first, no custom quote.
If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
