Free, private and outside the public catalog
A community court is not published: it does not appear in the catalog, the search or Google, and only registered residents can get in. There is no fee and no commission because there is nothing to charge — organising the turn for your building’s court is free and will stay free.

And yes, it shares the app with the clubs that do charge, but it does not share space with them: a residents’ court appears in no search and takes no slot in the catalog. What it does share is the residents, who play more often than their own court allows and look for somewhere to play in the same app they already book in.
Our first 7 clubs pay us nothing
We are starting out, and the venues joining now are the ones making this work. If you switch payments on with BookrGo we charge you nothing — no booking commission, no Club plan fee — for 12 months, or until you have saved 300,00 € with us, whichever comes first.
Seats are limited and assigned in the order venues switch payments on.
Your dashboard shows how much you have saved and how much campaign you have left.
Gateway fees are not ours and still apply: Stripe charges them, as it does to anyone accepting cards. Promotion terms.
So what do you take?
When a player pays for a booking at your venue, the money lands in your Stripe account. Two things come out of it, and both are visible: the gateway fees, charged by Stripe and paid by anyone who accepts cards, and our flat commission.
If you join as a founder, our commission line is €0.00 until your campaign ends. Promotion terms.
For your first 2 months we charge no commission: in that example you would only pay the Stripe fees.
Club plan membership dues pay no per-booking commission, and the player never pays booking fees on top of the price you publish.
Your web page comes with all three
Every venue in the catalog gets its own page, with design templates, photos, opening hours, prices and a booking button if you enable it. It is built to rank in search engines from day one, and it costs nothing.
On your domain, with your brand
The white-label pack puts the page on your own domain, with your colours and logo and no trace of BookrGo. It costs 3,00 € a month on its own, and it is INCLUDED as soon as your venue charges online or is on the Club plan: most never pay for it.

Do you teach, or have coaches at your venue?
Coaches have their own board: 3,00 € a month to keep the listing published and 0,20 € commission per class charged online. It is independent from the venue plan, so a coach can advertise even if their club does not use BookrGo.

We verify ownership before handing you control. It is usually resolved the same day; if a human review is needed, we write to you.

Pricing questions
How much does it cost to get started?
Nothing. Claiming your club and having your listing and web page costs nothing and does not expire. You only start paying the day you charge a booking online: 0,20 € per booking, and not even that during your first 2 months.
What is the difference between paying per booking and the Club plan?
It depends on how your venue charges. If you sell court hours, you pay per booking and there is no subscription. If you live off membership dues, the Club plan is a flat 30,00 € per venue (3 meses trial) and your members generate no commission: only one-off bookings and classes do, at 0,20 €.
Can I switch plans or leave?
Yes, whenever you want and from the dashboard. There is no lock-in and no penalty, and your data and customer base are yours: you export them and take them with you.
Does BookrGo charge the player anything?
No. The player pays the price you publish, with no added booking fees. Our commission comes out of the booking, not from an extra charge on top.
Do I have to drop the software I already use?
No. You can run BookrGo alongside it: you sync availability over iCal and only receive the new bookings we bring you. Migrating is optional and there is no deadline.
When do I receive the booking money?
The payment lands in your own Stripe Connect account, not ours, and Stripe transfers it to your bank at the frequency you configure. We never hold your money at any point.
Why a flat fee per booking and not a percentage?
Because handling a booking costs us the same whether the court is 8 € or 40 €, and charging a percentage would penalise exactly those who bill the most. It is 0,20 € per booking charged online, and it does not change if you raise your prices or rent the whole court for a tournament.
My club already appears on BookrGo and I did not put it there. Why?
Because the catalog is built from public sources and community contributions, like a map. That listing already exists, people visit it, and today nobody controls it. Claiming it is free and gives you control over the photos, the data and what is said about your venue; you can also ask for it to be removed.
