Monday to Thursday the club belongs to the regulars, and there aren’t many

Your management software costs the same with a full club and an empty one. Ours only charges when a payment comes in.

Meanwhile your page sits in BookrGo’s public catalogue, where somebody who just moved to your city — and doesn’t know you exist — is searching. And you can look at how many people searched for you before deciding anything.

Look yourself up: your venue is already there

You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.

What stops being your problem

A tennis slot lasts as long as you say

Bookings of 60, 90 or 120 minutes, court by court, with a per-member cap and how far ahead anyone can book.

Online booking →

A morning court can’t cost what Saturday costs

Price by court, weekday, time slot and season. The quiet hour goes cheap without touching the weekend rate.

Payments and deposits →

A cancelled court goes to whoever was waiting

A waiting list with its order: when somebody cancels, the first in line is notified and has a deadline to take it before it moves on.

Online booking →

The membership fee charges itself, and pays no commission

Member tiers with their price and their offer, recurring billing and no commission on top: the Club plan is already paid.

Members and fees →

The tennis school, group by group

Each group with its day, time and spots; the coming weeks’ sessions generate themselves and the coach takes the register in each one.

Classes and capacity →

The one-off visitor pays when booking

A deposit or upfront payment for non-members, who can book without creating an account or downloading anything. The money lands in the club’s account, not in ours.

Payments and deposits →

At eight in the morning nobody needs to be there with the keys

The access code is tied to the booked hour: it opens for whoever has a court, and only while they have it.

Access control →

The club’s page, under the club’s name

Court photos, opening hours, fees and your own domain. You change it when the summer timetable changes, and it publishes itself.

How it works →

Today’s schedule stays where it is

iCal sync lets both schedules live side by side while you decide, and there is an API and webhooks for the rest.

This is what somebody new to your city sees

Your page shows the courts, the surface, the timetable and the price of each slot, and booking happens right there. It is what somebody looking for tennis nearby sees when they don’t know which club to call.

Figures are in your own currency, and they are the same in all of them: our fee is 20 minor units per charge — 20p in the UK, 20c in the euro area and the US — never a percentage of what you sell, and net. The right-hand column applies the usual market range (5-15 %) to an average ticket of 20.

The limits, before you ask

Questions we always get

Can I have 90-minute bookings?

Yes, and court by court: one can run in 60-minute slots and another in 90. You also set how many bookings a member can hold and how far ahead.

Do fee-paying members generate a commission every time they play?

No. On the Club plan your members’ bookings carry no commission, and neither do the fees and passes you sell them.

Can I bring the members I already have?

Yes: they import from a CSV file with name, email and tier. Each one completes sign-up, and that is when their fee starts being charged.

What happens when a member cancels at the last minute?

The cancellation rule you set for that court applies, and the freed hour is offered to whoever was on the waiting list.

Do I have to drop the schedule I use now?

Not while you decide: both live together over iCal, so you can open just a couple of courts and see what midweek does.

Is there a lock-in or a minimum fee?

No. If you close for works one month and charge nothing, you pay nothing, and your bookings and members export to CSV whenever you want.

How it works inside

Who uses it

Do the maths with your own club’s hours

Put in the hours that sit empty today and look at the number. Every plan has its price published, and none of them asks for a call before showing it.

If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
